Kickstart Your Journey - Indian Boarders to International Board Rooms
Where there's a problem, there's always a solution.
Every lock has a key; it’s just a matter of learning how to use it. Feeling stuck is not a compulsion; it’s a choice. And only effort will set you free.
This is the story of a young boy who began life in a government school where, for teachers, education wasn’t a priority, which led him to choose and land in his first job at the age of just 16 years and 10 months. Not even a complete high school.
Clueless and inexperienced, he stepped into the real world only to realize that life was far from easy. His early work experiences barely met his basic survival needs and offered little security or growth.
That’s when he made a powerful decision: to pursue formal education and high-skill training in search of better opportunities. The path wasn’t easy for a candidate looking for lateral entry into a much higher cadre. It demanded sacrifices, financial stress, missing celebrations, parties, and investing consistent efforts. But his determination never wavered.
From completing Class XII without formal schooling to earning four master’s degrees, his quest for knowledge never stopped. In the early 1990s, when IT was still new to India, he dove into emerging technologies, picked up niche technical skills, and honed his soft skills.
It took 17 relentless years to break his own sound barrier to reach his personal Mach 1. But the journey didn't end there. To this day, he continues to grow through formal and informal learning, embracing every opportunity to evolve.
You are alive only till you keep moving, not just physically, but intellectually.
